Applying the cumulative knowledge of more than 25 years in the field, I have developed a comprehensive consulting methodology entitled Enterprise Improvement, used to deliver firm level competitiveness assistance to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
How Does It Work?
Enterprise Improvement focuses on creating behavior change at the firm level – which is the level where economic value is actually created. It is a proven methodology that has been implemented by thousands of client enterprises around the world over more than a decade. It has proven to be an effective, cost efficient, broad scale, high impact delivery mechanism. Enterprise Improvement interventions are locally delivered so local technical capacity is increased; it is a modular system with measured delivery effort, so impact is broad and many firms can be assisted; and quality assurance and measurement mechanisms are built in to the system. Behavior changes brought to client firms through Enterprise Improvement tend to be permanent – once businesses understand how to be more competitive, they seldom go back to the “old way” of doing things.
